Wall Traveling Jib Cranes

Wall traveling jib cranes travel along the rail mounted on the wall or other support structures and make full use of the working space for material lifting & moving. Wall traveling jib cranes provide lateral movement of materials in conjunction with the vertical movement from a hoist. Wall traveling jib cranes are a cost effective solution and are available in capacities ranging from ¼ ton to 15 tons.

Freestanding jib cranes are the most commonly used type of jib cranes. They are manually operated and can rotate up to 360°.

Best for heavy duty, high productivity applications

Can be used in open areas to serve multiple workstations

Used in machining & assembly operations along side other jib cranes to provide staged operations

single girder
WALL MOUNTED JIB CRANES

Wall mounted jib cranes cover areas where floor space is limited by mounting to the walls of your facility and offer up to 200° of rotation.

Require no floor space or foundation

Offer great clearance above and below the boom

Can be combined with lifting devices including chain hoists, rope hoists, rope balancers or vacuum lifting devices

single girder
TIE ROD JIB CRANES

Tie rod jib cranes offer up to 200° of rotation and are wall mounted jib cranes designed to increase productivity within a workstation.

Require no floor space or foundation

Ability to swing out of the way of overhead cranes
